Your participation in any services is entirely voluntary and of your own free willHypnosis is a cooperative process requiring your active participation and commitmentServices are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary treatmentYou must consult with qualified healthcare professionals for yourself and your animal before participating if you or they have any medical conditions, mental health concerns, or are under professional care

1.2 Results and Guarantees

Victoria Sambleson makes no guarantees or promises regarding session resultsIndividual experiences and outcomes may vary based on personal commitment, previous experiences, and individual differencesEffectiveness depends on client participation and open-mindedness

1.3 Liability Waiver

You acknowledge inherent risks associated with hypnosis, including potential emotional or psychological discomfortYou voluntarily assume all risks related to participationYou release and waive any claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action against Victoria Sambleson, AnimalHypnoShift, facilitators, and associated partiesVictoria Sambleson shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

2. One-on-One Session Terms

2.1 Payment and Cancellation

Full payment is required at time of booking24 hours' notice required for any cancellationsMissed session payments due to late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the credit card on file unless alternative arrangements are made in advanceIf a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Victoria Sambleson, you are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session

3. Workshop and Webinar Terms

3.2 Recording and Participation Policy

Workshop/Webinar Live Zoom sessions will be recorded and shared within a private Facebook groupAccess to recordings is limited to registered participants onlyWhile you may keep your video off during workshops, camera activation is required when asking questions or participating in live consultationsBy participating, you consent to the recording of your image, voice, and contributions during sessionsYou release Victoria Sambleson and AnimalHypnoShift from any liability related to recorded session use in the Facebook group

3.3 Workshop Guarantee and Refunds

Money-Back Guarantee: If you can demonstrate no single benefit from the provided information after completing the workshop and implementing the guidance, you are eligible for a full refundTo claim a refund under the guarantee, you must show that you have not noticed any single benefit from the information providedWorkshop cancellations require 24 hours' noticeIf a workshop is cancelled by Victoria Sambleson, you are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled workshop
