By taking a workshop from me, purchasing my content (video, audio or in writing), or working 1:1 with me, you're agreeing to these terms. I'm here to help your pet achieve improvements in your animal's health and behaviour through education, energy work, and animal communication. Success requires primarily your commitment, understanding and action.
1. THE REAL DEAL ABOUT RESULTS
My methods aren't traditional veterinary care or professional animal training - I work with energy, emotions, and hypnosis. Results vary because every animal is unique and responds differently. Your pet should be seen by a licensed vet before starting for any health issues. My work doesn't replace professional training with behaviourist specialists or established training programmes. I don't offer guarantees, but my method has helped many pets transform their health and behaviour.
2. YOUR COMMITMENT
Participate fully in sessions (pets pick up on owner energy)
Complete all recommended exercises between sessions if provided
Be honest about your pet's history and any medications
Keep scheduled appointments or give 24-hour notice for cancellation

4. KNOW IN 90 PET BREAKTHROUGH WORKSHOP GUARANTEE
The workshop price itself is backed by a money-back guarantee. Any additional purchases (order bumps) made during the workshop registration process and workshop order page are NOT covered by this guarantee. You can request a refund at any time by emailing [email protected]. Refunds within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method/card used. Refunds after 30 days may be done via PayPal transfer. Refund is for workshop ticket price only, not extra services purchased.
ALL OTHER SERVICES - NO REFUNDS POLICY
I don't offer refunds on 1:1 sessions, bootcamps, or membership programmes because transformation depends entirely on:
- Your consistency with the programme
- Your ability to shift your own energy patterns
- Your animal's individual response to the work
As is the case with all work with animals, meaningful changes require dedication and hard work to transform your relationship. This makes it difficult to place a guarantee on results. Even if you:
- Complete all the work
- Shift your energy and mindset
- Follow all guidance precisely
There may be other factors at play influencing the outcome. Some people don't see results simply because:
They don't fully do the work required
- They continue to maintain the same energy that contributed to the problems in the first place
All sales for 1:1 sessions, bootcamps, and memberships are final.
The only programme with a money-back guarantee is the "Know in 90 Pet Breakthrough Workshop."
5. BOUNDARIES & LIMITS
I work with pet behaviour/health issues only (not medical diagnosis)
Sessions are confidential but I may share anonymous success stories
I reserve the right to end service if you don't follow guidance
Any recordings of sessions are for your personal use only
6. CONTRAINDICATIONS & PARTICIPANT SUITABILITY
My Methods Are Not Appropriate For Everyone
Hypnosis and energy work require certain mental and emotional capacities to be safe and effective. By participating in any of my services, you confirm that you do NOT currently have any of the following conditions:
Psychotic disorders, delusions, or hallucinations
Severe depression requiring medical intervention
Active drug or alcohol abuse
Undiagnosed chronic pain conditions
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Severe mental or cognitive conditions (including borderline psychosis or severe traumatic brain injury)
Inability to concentrate or maintain focus for extended periods
Your Responsibility
If any of these conditions apply to you, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating. You agree that you are participating with full mental capacity and can give informed consent.
If Your Situation Changes
If your mental health, capacity, or any of the above conditions change during our work together, you must inform me immediately. I reserve the right to pause or discontinue sessions for your safety and wellbeing, with no refund for unused sessions.
"The Sofa" Membership & Group Sessions
These contraindications apply to all membership activities, including group sessions. Members experiencing any of the above conditions may be removed from the programme for everyone's safety, with no refund for unused portions.
7. INVESTMENT, SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Payment Terms
Full payment due before first session
No-shows without 24-hour notice forfeit that session
I may adjust pricing with notice to existing clients
Membership Cancellation Policy
If you have subscribed to a membership programme, you may cancel your membership at any time inside the membership portal.
Weekly subscribers: Keep access until the end of your current weekly billing cycle
Monthly subscribers: Keep access until the end of your current monthly billing cycle
Annual subscribers: Keep access until the end of your current annual billing cycle
No refunds for unused portions of your current billing cycle
Cancellation stops future billing only
If you rejoin after cancelling, you'll sign up at the current rate
"The Sofa" Membership Programme Terms
Group Sessions & Scheduling:
Weekly group sessions are scheduled at my discretion
I reserve the right to change meeting times and dates with reasonable advance notice (minimum 48 hours when possible)
Sessions may be rescheduled due to technical issues, illness, or unforeseen circumstances
Make-up sessions will be provided when technically feasible
Session recordings may be available but are not guaranteed
Programme Cancellation Rights:
I reserve the right to cancel "The Sofa" membership programme at any time
If I cancel the programme, members will receive prorated refunds based on their billing cycle:
Weekly subscribers: Refund for unused weeks in current billing period
Monthly subscribers: Refund for unused portion of current month
Annual subscribers: Refund for unused months in current annual period
Payment Provider Cancellation Requirements
If you're paying for your membership through an external payment provider (like PayPal, for example), cancelling inside the membership portal alone may not stop future billing cycles.
Your responsibility: You must ALSO cancel your subscription directly with your payment provider to ensure billing stops completely.
Steps to fully cancel:
Cancel your membership in the membership portal
Log into your payment provider account (PayPal, etc.)
Cancel the recurring subscription there as well
Check both places - the membership area AND your payment provider - to confirm cancellation is complete on both ends.
Victoria Sambleson is not responsible for continued billing if you only cancel in one location. When in doubt, contact your payment provider directly to verify your subscription status.
Programme cancellation will include 30 days advance notice when possible
Member Participation:
Members are expected to participate respectfully during group sessions
I reserve the right to remove members who disrupt sessions or violate community guidelines
Removed members forfeit remaining access without refund
Session recordings and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed
7. LEGAL STUFF (SIMPLIFIED)
1:1 clients must sign a liability waiver
The waiver covers the number of sessions paid for up front; additional sessions require separate waivers
You're responsible for your pet's safety during and after sessions
I'm not liable for any injuries (this is energy work, not physical handling)
You own your experience but I own my methods/materials
Ontario law applies
