Terms and Conditions

Animal Turnaround Method — Practitioner Training Program

By enrolling in any training program offered by the Animal 180 Institute, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to the Animal Turnaround Method practitioner training program and all future cohorts and programs offered under the Animal 180 Institute.

1. About This Program

The Animal Turnaround Method is a practitioner training program developed and taught by Victoria Sambleson of the Animal 180 Institute. This program is educational in nature and is designed to teach participants a methodology for working with the energetic relationship between humans and their animals.

This program is not:

A veterinary, medical or psychological certification

A regulated professional designation

A replacement for professional veterinary, behavioural or medical care

A guarantee of any specific outcome for participants or their clients

Completion of this program does not confer a regulated professional licence or certification. Upon completion, participants may state that they have completed training in the Animal Turnaround Method.

2. Payment & Enrollment

Full payment is required to secure your enrollment. Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding member rates are locked in at the time of payment and apply to the cohort for which they were purchased. Founding member pricing is non-negotiable and cannot be applied retroactively.

Non-Refundable Policy

All training investments are non-refundable. Due to the live, cohort-based nature of this program and the preparation required for each participant, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Personal circumstances

Inability to attend scheduled sessions

Dissatisfaction with program content

Cohort Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend the cohort you enrolled in, your investment may be applied as a credit toward a future cohort of the Animal Turnaround Method, subject to the following conditions:

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] prior to the program start date

Credits may only be applied to a future cohort within 12 months of your original purchase date

Credits are non-transferable to another person

Credits cannot be applied to any other program or product

After 12 months, unused credits are forfeited

3. Program Cancellation & Changes

Changes to Program Content

Victoria Sambleson and the Animal 180 Institute reserve the right to adjust, modify or update the training program content, structure, curriculum, scheduling and delivery format at any time. These changes may be made to improve the quality of the program and to reflect the evolving nature of the methodology.

Changes to Scheduling

Session dates and times may be adjusted with reasonable advance notice. In the event of a scheduling change, participants will be notified as early as possible. Recordings will be made available for any sessions that participants are unable to attend due to a scheduling change.

Cancellation by Animal 180 Institute

In the unlikely event that a cohort is cancelled by the Animal 180 Institute prior to commencement, enrolled participants will be offered one of the following:

A full transfer to the next available cohort

A full refund of their investment

In the event that a program is discontinued mid-cohort due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered a prorated credit toward a future cohort.

4. Recordings & Access

Session recordings will be made available to enrolled participants following each live session. Access to recordings is provided for personal learning purposes only.

Participants may not:

Share recordings with any person not enrolled in the program

Distribute recordings in any format, publicly or privately

Use recordings for commercial purposes

Reproduce or re-teach content from recordings

Recording access is provided for the duration of the program plus 12 months following the final session date. The Animal 180 Institute reserves the right to modify access terms with reasonable notice.

Live attendance is strongly encouraged, particularly for practical sessions. Recordings do not replace the live experience. The Animal 180 Institute is not responsible for missed learning resulting from non-attendance.

5. Intellectual Property

All training content, materials, methodology, frameworks, terminology and processes taught within the Animal Turnaround Method program are the sole intellectual property of Victoria Sambleson and the Animal 180 Institute.

Upon completion of the program, participants are permitted to:

State that they have completed the Animal Turnaround Method practitioner training

Apply the methodology in their professional practice with clients

Reference the Animal Turnaround Method by name when describing their training background

Participants may not:

Teach, train or certify others in the Animal Turnaround Method

Reproduce or distribute program materials in any form

Rebrand or present the methodology as their own creation

Use the Animal 180 Institute name or logo without written permission

Create derivative training programs based on the Animal Turnaround Method without written permission from Victoria Sambleson

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with Victoria Sambleson and fellow participants at all times. The Animal 180 Institute is committed to maintaining a safe, professional and supportive learning environment.

The Animal 180 Institute reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate. Removed participants forfeit access to the program without refund.

This includes but is not limited to:

Disruptive behaviour during live sessions

Harassment or disrespect toward Victoria or fellow participants

Sharing confidential client case material from practical sessions without consent

Violation of intellectual property terms outlined above

7. Contraindications & Participant Suitability

Certain components of the Animal Turnaround Method involve hypnosis, kinesiology and energy work. By enrolling, you confirm that you do not currently have any of the following conditions:

Psychotic disorders, delusions or hallucinations

Severe depression requiring medical intervention

Active drug or alcohol dependency

Epilepsy or seizure disorders

Severe mental or cognitive conditions including borderline psychosis or severe traumatic brain injury

Inability to concentrate or maintain focus for extended periods

If any of these conditions apply to you, please consult your healthcare provider before enrolling. By participating you confirm that you are doing so with full mental capacity and informed consent.

If your circumstances change during the program, you must inform Victoria Sambleson immediately. The Animal 180 Institute reserves the right to pause or discontinue a participant's access for safety reasons, without refund.

8. Disclaimer

The Animal Turnaround Method is an educational training program. It is not a medical, veterinary, psychological or behavioural science certification.

Participants and their future clients should always consult qualified professionals for medical, veterinary, psychological or behavioural concerns. The Animal 180 Institute does not accept liability for outcomes resulting from the application of this methodology in a participant's practice.

Individual results for both practitioners and their clients will vary.

9. Individual Enrollment

Each enrollment is for one individual participant only. Enrollments are non-transferable to another person. If multiple people wish to participate, each requires their own separate enrollment and payment.

10. Legal

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from enrollment in Animal 180 Institute programs will be subject to Ontario jurisdiction.

These terms become effective at the time of payment and enrollment.
